FESTO TYPE FRC FRL Product characteristics

The FRC-type triple unit consists of an Festo Type FC Frl regulator and an LOE-type lubricator, which can be ordered separately. The water separator can filter liquid oil, condensate, and impurities in the air. For special applications, the 5μm filter cartridge can be easily replaced with the standard 40μm filter cartridge. Even with fluctuations in input pressure and compressed air consumption, the pressure regulator can ensure that the set working pressure remains stable. The lubricator can evenly spray oil mist into the filtered air, with the oil mist volume proportional to the air flow rate. It can continuously add oil without stopping the air and adjust the drip oil amount by adjusting the screw. Typically, 1-12 drops per 1000L of air are sufficient.
