CQ2B Series Thin-Type Cylinder for which the cylinder tube is hard oxidized
This kind of full aluminum alloy is subjected to hard oxidation treatment that enables it not to corrode or deform. It is possible to obtain a plating thickness of 20μm and operate with a service life of up to 5 million cycles as well as operating temperatures up to 80°C.
For increasing the durability of piston rod, the piston rod is treated with chrome plated with surface chrome layer thickness about more than 20μm With Vickers hardness test it has the hardness value up to 900 HV. The hardness of the material is enhanced up to 300% and the corrosion resistance is up to 150% more compared to traditional material.
The round magnetic switch slot is designed to be smooth and round and therefore assembling the part is easy. It suits for usage with magnetic switches D-A93/D-A9B.
